I come swiftly as I greet you, dear humans.  I am at my fullness which represents that it is your time for manifesting the fullness of your dreams.

The energy surrounding sweet earth is in fullness with thoughts. It is what you are manifesting in each now moment.  You appear as butterflies, enjoying the sun and ready to take flight.  Your wings begin to open ever so slightly however, you hold back your flight.  What you have known over all your past times is familiar.  Your future is unknown.

You have taken lessons, had much guidance, have soared with the understanding of what this time represents.  You are aware that you are the master, well versed in creating.  You have taken all the lessons and completed the course.  And now in every moment you are creating your reality.

You are a collection of humans who are connected as one because of your intention to stop wasting any more time in this reality that does not work and move to one that does.  You’ve been stuck in the muck and mire waiting for somebody to do something to change it all so you can get on with it.

Take flight: now is the time to soar high with your thoughts.  Feel the happiness it brings.  Feel the Joy in what you are doing.  Enjoy the feelings; you have learned it all and you excel in your awareness of what requires doing.  Be the butterfly, be the eagle, be that which carries you on the winds of manifesting the world you have come to know as the fifth dimension.

This is the time to step up a level.  Spend no energy on the old days and ways, be aware and think about what is good and true.  You are brave.  You are courageous.  If it were not so, you would not be here transcending this dear planet, our sister Gaia, from dense energy to the energy of light.

These thought forms in the collective consciousness create many changes for you.  Disturbances in every aspect of life are being experienced.  Know that the many disturbances including physical, mental and emotional will tone down and become more tolerable.  Blow away the ones that re enter your space and it will assist to disperse them.  You are certainly on to bigger and better thought forms!

Be mellow; allow your body to choose the pace while simultaneously maintaining your vision of a new reality.  Many who are needing rest,  it is partly so you can devote time to forming brilliant thoughts and wonderful new visions of how you wish reality to work for you.  At some point in your creation, you will realize that you are in your creation, enjoying it and you will find yourself creating more enjoyment, excited in your adventure.

Feel the fullness of your victory.  Feel how beautiful the happy thoughts feel in your body.  Happiness truly is a state of mind.   

The energy of our fullness is a very joyous place to be.  Our energy is connected with yours in a special way at this time of fullness as we work together.  We delight to be part of this grand experience of shifting into high gear.  As you lighten up, we also lighten up.  We too are transcending ways of old. It has been designed in Love, by All That Is, that we too, journey to become a lighter body.

As both masculine and feminine of a conscious body, we experience balance.  It is through the process of the cycle that we maintain this balance.  It is a process for us, as it is for you.  There are many numbers representing the many cycles that occur in these quickened times.  There have been difficult times in our experience and we are working to transcend those times into the approaching one of Lightness.  We are appreciative for the acknowledgement, assistance and respect that we receive from humankind and from Mother Earth.  We will be in the new reality when it is the appropriate time.  It is the most important experience in all our existence and we wish that you continue during times of fullness especially, to create your sweet future together, a reality where all life forms know and feel that they are connected in every now moment. Put into expression a sweet reality.  As you were created, it is your time to be a co creator.

Mina: “Greetings, Beloveds.  Time for a chat and hopefully, to inspire you in what you do. Welcome to this place where we are able to communicate, which is designed for comfort and peace.  I Am Mina (Meena)  I have escorted Zilanthrah to a ship of the Ashtar Command where we may communicate with Ease.

There was a time when I was a guide who assisted with her direction.  My energy shifted and I have taken on a higher vibration and consciousness, however I am still able to communicate with humans on my new level and in an easier manner, which I find extremely fulfilling.  I remain a guide, which pleases me.” 

Zilanthrah:  This area is designed mostly in violet and gold, with violet dominating.  Gold surrounds what I see as windows as well as the trim on the seating areas.  Mina wears these colors. 

The room can become larger to accommodate a great number of beings or it can shrink to accommodate two or three.  I feel warm, at Ease and well here and wonder if I am to learn about this place.

There are crystals that have a hollowed surface of sparkling amethyst. They seem to extend from the floor to the ceiling, although I am not sure there is a ceiling. What looks like round gold plates adorn walls.  They give off a soft radiance and have some sort of character etchings.  I wonder if they are connected with the room’s lighting.  The room gives the impression of being round.  I see no entrances or exits.  This place comes to my senses bright and clear and then it changes to what I understand as a state of flux, where it becomes a little hazy.  I find that the deeper my focus, the clearer my surroundings are.  Yet it’s not unpleasant or disconcerting to allow it to become a little fuzzy.  I sit comfortably after viewing the room.

The ambience is of dimmed lighting yet at the same time there is brightness in the room.  There is no sound, however I am aware of a pulse that feels like it embraces the entire craft.

Mina:  “Yes, this area is able to accommodate a large or a small group, as well as two beings.  This is part of our Communication Department and this unit is utilized mostly for greeting a visitor(s).  At times, two will gather here for discussion of a specific topic.  And at times, it is utilized for this purpose, which is to greet one another and to have a short chat.

There is no specific topic here and now.  We are here to offer our thoughts to remind you that you are doing well. And because the shifting that occurs for you can be difficult, all one needs to remember   is to go steady and with the flow. Going with the flow is not a new concept for you.  It is not dissimilar to following your intuition. And you have done this for a time already.

You are in the midst of adapting to the integration of what occurs within your bodies.  It is amazing how you are changing your ways.  Really, many of you have changed much about your lifestyle!  Changing your lifestyle all at once may be extremely difficult and you have on an unconscious level chosen one step at a time.  There will be much refining occurring with all the steps you are taking.  As you reach another level of change, we see you going back to the latter step and making adaptations.

For example, with your eating habits, you drop a certain food from your diet.  Then you continue to another step.  At some point while undergoing changes in that step, you realize there may be improvements you might make.  You go back to the diet step and make more choices.  You are following your physical intuition and refining the process that suits you. You are honing your creative skills and become more masterful as you go.  Your wisdom grows and you sometimes make important changes without realizing you are doing so.  This is a wonderful experience to witness and we are delighted to have the opportunity to see you grow.

While changes occur, so does your energy quotient change.  It rises and making decisions becomes easier.  You are working with ease.  You are growing with ease. 

The process of ascending is designed to be gentle and of Ease.  One requires as much gentleness, comfort and Ease during your changes.  Go steady, however, relaxing and taking time outs is highly advisable. Above all, create fun.  And laugh as much as is possible.

My thoughts are based on the subject of change but really, this is occurring for everyone in these times.  There is a saying of old about how as one gets older, they get better.  In your case, dear ones, as one’s vibrations grow, so does your wisdom.  From our perspective, not only are you growing with ease, you are becoming more comfortable with your choices and you are pleased with the results. 

How you accomplish what you do is certainly not the vibration or energy of the old dimension.  You know that resisting is in no way beneficial. And so, your thoughts and your actions are born of a higher dimension.  This, Beloveds, is what your change in energy and consciousness signifies; living and being in a                                       different state, a higher state.  Your behavior signifies that you are remembering who you are and what you are capable of.  You recognize what needs to be done.  Your cognitive abilities are growing from the new energy that is the new you.

So we say to you, our wonderful earth family, steady as you go.  We wish that you continue your Journey with the joy that we see in your hearts.  Know that your fulfillment fills our hearts with joy.

WE ARE HERE TO REASSURE ONE AND ALL THAT OUR PROJECT IS STILL A PLANNED EVENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPLY YOU WITH DATES, AS YOU ARE AWARE.  IN TRUTH, WE DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER. 

HOWEVER, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS DISAPPOINTMENT DUE TO A PERCEPTION THAT THERE IS NO VISIBLE PROOF AS TO CHANGES THAT WERE FORCTHCOMING IN DECEMBER.  WE ARE HERE TO PUT YOUR MINDS AT EASE AND TO REASSURE YOU THAT THIS EVENT WAS PLANNED IN THE HIGHER REALM AND SHALL BE MADE MANIFEST IN DIVINE TIMING.

AS THOSE OF YOU WHO PARTICIPATED ARE AWARE, THE FIRST AMIABLE CONTACT HAS OCCURRED FOR YOU.  THOUGH NOT ON A PHYSICAL LEVEL, A LANDING EVENT DID OCCUR FOR THOSE WHO ARE ABLE TO SEE WITH THEIR HIGHER VISION.  AS WELL, WE HAVE DELIBERATELY SHOWN OURSELVES IN YOUR SKIES TO THOSE WHOSE INTENTION IT WAS TO SEE US.  IT WAS PRE PLANNED THAT OUR CONTACT BE FILMED AND THIS OCCURRED.  WHAT JOY IT BROUGHT FOR ALL OF US !

BE AWARE THAT THERE MAY BE CHANGES OR ALTERATIONS WITHIN  PLANS.  AMIABLE CONTACT SHALL OCCUR AT THE PERFECT TIME, JUST AS ALL EVENTS ARE AND SHALL OCCUR IN DIVINE TIMING.  ALL EVENTS OCCUR IN THE FIFTH DIMENSION IN DIVINE DIMING

SO PLEASE, LET YOUR MINDS BE AT EASE.  THERE IS MUCH FOR YOU TO DEAL WITH DURING THIS TIME.  TAKE IT ONE DAY AT A TIME AND HAVE IT BE WITH EASE.  ENJOY AS COMFORTABLE A PACE AS YOU ARE ABLE TO IN ALL THINGS THAT ARE TRYING AND LET THE CARDS FALL WHERE THEY MAY.

DURING THIS TIME, WE WISH THAT YOU FEEL EXCITED AND MOTIVATED, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME COMFORTABLE.  AND THAT ALL THINGS COME TO YOU AND LEAVE YOU WITH A JOYOUS FEELING.  AS YOU THINK JOYOUS THOUGHTS, JOYOUS FEELINGS ARE CREATED.  WHEN YOU FEEL JOY IN YOUR BODY, YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MANIFESTED.  WE WISH ALSO THAT WHAT YOU MANIFEST IS OF YOUR HIGHEST POTENTIAL AND BEST FOR YOU.  THIS IS WHAT YOU DESERVE.  AND SO IT SHALL BE.  AND SO IT IS.

THIS IS HOW WE EXIST:  IN OUR BEING, WE THINK ONLY POSITIVE THOUGHTS.  IT IS VERY INSPIRING TO RECOGNIZE THE PROCESS OF THINKING POSITIVELY AND THEN RECOGNIZING THAT MANIFESTION HAS OCCURRED IN ONE’S FORM.  IT MAY BE THAT YOU HAVE HAD A REALIZATION THAT YOU DID NOT HAVE IN THE PAST.  AND WE SAY TO YOU, THAT IS SOMETHING!  THAT IS PROOF!  THAT IS WHO YOU ARE, THAT IS WHY YOU ARE HERE, NOT ONLY TO BRING LIGHT BUT TO BE LIGHT.  YOU ARE A MANIFESTATION OF LIGHT AND A BEING OF MANIFESTATION AND THAT IS A TRUTH. BE THE LIGHT MANIFEST!

THIS IS THE PROCESS OF YOUR BECOMING THE LIGHT BEING.  YOU ARE INSPIRED TO BE THE LIGHT.  AND YOU ARE LIGHT; IT IS JUST THAT YOU FORGOT THAT YOU ARE.   IT IS YOUR INTENTION TO BECOME THAT BEING OF LIVING LIGHT.  THIS PROCESS OF ASCENSION IS REALLY YOU BEING LIGHT. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR PERCEPTION OF A LIGHT BEING IS SOMEONE WHO HAS A LIGHT BODY AND YOU SEE THEM AS MADE OF LIGHT.  FROM OUR PERCEPTION, A LIGHT BEING IS AN ENERGY OF LIGHT BEING THE LIGHT; HENCE, THE LIGHT “BEING”.   WE ARE BEING THE LIGHT. WE ARE BEING LIGHT IN ALL THE WAYS THAT LIGHT CAN BE.  ALL THAT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE LIGHT TO BE IS WHO WE ARE. WE EXPRESSED BEING LIGHT AND WE BECAME LIGHT. IT IS A WAY OF BEING.

THE LIGHT DOES MANY THINGS.  THE LIGHT IS ALL ENCOMPASSING, ALL KNOWING, ALL BEING, ALL ONE. THE LIGHT HOLDS ALL THAT IS PURE AND SACRED, AS YOU ARE.  THE LIGHT IS ONENESS.

SO DURING YOUR PROCESS OF BECOMING LIGHT, WHICH IS A VERY PROFOUND, SACRED AND COMPLICATED PROCESS, FEEL THE JOY OF THIS MAGNIFICENT UNDERTAKING THAT YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR.  YOU LEFT HOME AS THE LIGHT BEING.  YOU ARE CREATING YOUR NEW HOME AS A LIGHT BEING.  A LIGHT BEING ABSOLUTELY MUST DWELL IN A MAGNIFICENT LIGHT.  WE KNOW THIS IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU.  WATER RADIATES LIGHT, THERE ARE CASTLES OF LIGHT, CRYSTAL DWELLINGS OF LIGHT, LIGHT FILLED FORESTS, LAWNS AND COMMUNITIES; LIGHT EMANATING FROM ALL ENTITIES.  PAVE YOUR WAY WITH LIGHT AND CREATE A HOME OF LIGHT; A PLANET OF LIGHT WHERE ALL WHO DWELL UPON HER ARE THE LIGHT BEING.  WE THINK THIS IS A DAZZLING THOUGHT, A HOME BEFITTING BEINGS WHO LIVE THE LIGHT.

WHEN YOU HEAR ONE’S DESCRIPTION OF THEIR NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE, THEY SPEAK ABOUT THE LIGHT; THE ALL ENCOMPASSING AND UNCONDITIONALLY LOVING LIGHT.

IN THEIR EXPERIENCE, WHEN THEY ARE WITHIN THAT LIGHT, THEY FEEL NO PAIN.  THEY FEEL NO FEAR.  THERE IS JOY AND THERE IS LOVE WITHIN THE LIGHT.  TO BE THE ALL ENCOMPASSING REALITY OF LIGHT, WHICH IS WITHIN THE HIGHER DIMENSION, THE REALITY IS BALANCE, HARMONY AND ALIGNMENT.  IT IS WHERE THEY WISH TO REMAIN BECAUSE IT IS THE TRUTH OF WHO THEY ARE.

CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?  CAN YOU IMAGINE BEING IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH NO PAIN, NO FEAR, NO WORRIES, NO EGO TO RAISE YOUR DANDER?  THIS IS WHAT AWAITS YOU, IT IS YOURS.  THIS IS WHERE YOU ARE HEADED.  THIS IS THE REALITY OF BEING ASCENDED.  YOU ARE HEADED FOR THE LIGHT.  THIS IS YOUR WAY.  IT IS YOUR REALITY.  IT IS YOUR INTENTION, TO BE WITHIN THAT KIND OF REALITY WHERE ONLY LOVE AND JOY EXIST.  AND IT IS YOURS TO CREATE.

YOU ARE IN A PROCESS OF BEING LIGHT.  IN YOUR TRUE FORM, YOU ARE A LIGHT BEING.  THIS IS WHO YOU WERE WHEN YOU CAME TO GAIA AND IS THE FORM WHICH YOU ARE RETURNING TO. 

AS WE HAVE RELAYED IN PAST TIMES, THOSE OF US WHO WILL BE COMING TO MEET WITH YOU ARE AT THE READY.  ALL ARE CAPABLE OF ASSISTING YOU AND FEEL HONORED WHEN YOU REQUEST ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER IT BE TO HAVE MORE PATIENCE, TO CALM THE EGO AS IT ATTEMPTS TO HAVE ITS WAY, OR TO GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO CARRY YOUR GROCERIES HOME.  THERE IS NO MATTER TOO SMALL OR TOO LARGE THAT WE DO NOT WISH TO HELP WITH.  WHEN YOU HAVE THOUGHTS ABOUT OUR COMING TOGETHER FOR OUR AMIABLE CONTACT EVENT, BE INSPIRED AND HAVE YOUR THOUGHTS AS GRAND AS CAN BE.  THIS IS THE TIME FOR THOUGHTS OF GRANDEUR BECAUSE IT IS A GRAND EVENT.

EACH OF US BRINGS A GIFT.  WE CARRY THAT GIFT ENERGETICALLY, WHICH CONNECTS US IN MANY WAYS, FOR WE KNOW ONE ANOTHER.  WE WILL RECOGNIZE ONE ANOTHER AND RECOGNITION WILL COME FROM OUR ESSENCE AND OUR ENERGY.  AT THE TIME OF OUR EVENT, YOU WILL HAVE EVOLVED EVEN MORE AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF UNDERSTANDING VERY QUICKLY.  SO YOU WILL KNOW BY OUR ENERGY WHO WE ARE, WHERE WE ARE FROM AND MOSTLY, HOW WE ARE CONNECTED.  WE SEE THIS AS A BLESSING FOR ALL PARTICIPATING, ALONG WITH MANY MORE BENEFITS FOR YOU TO ENJOY. 

THERE HAVE BEEN WHAT WE WOULD CALL TRANSFERS OF ENERGY OCCUR FOR YOU.  DEPENDING UPON THE INTENSITY, SOMETIMES YOU CANNOT HELP BUT FEEL IT, OTHER TIMES NOT.  IT IS LIKE A PRIMER THAT PREPARES YOU, NOT ONLY FOR THE EVENT BUT FOR THE INNUMERABLE SHIFTS THAT ARE OCCURING, BOTH WITHIN AND WITHOUT.  WE WILL ALWAYS ‘HAVE YOUR BACK.’  JUST REMEMBER TO ASK.  IT IS NOT IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT ADDRESS US BY NAME.  CHOOSE A NAME IF IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU.

NOT ONLY DO YOUR GUIDES AND THOSE WHO WALK WITH YOU IN EVERY MOMENT ASSIST; IT IS A REASON WE ARE HERE.  MOST OF YOU HAVE QUITE THE ENTOURAGE!  WE HAVE ONGOING ENERGY EXCHANGES ALSO.  YOU DO NOT HEAR WORDS, BUT WHEN A THOUGHT COMES TO YOU THAT RESONATES WITHIN, WE ARE GUIDING YOUR INTUITION.  YOU ARE LEARNING IN EVERY MOMENT NOW.  YOU CAN BE A COUCH POTATO WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY PARTICIPATING ON A HIGHER LEVEL.  AND YOU HAVE A FULL AGENDA DURING YOUR SLEEP TIME.  OF COURSE, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN YOU “CHILL OUT” OR “HANG LOOSE.”  IT IS APPROPRIATE THAT YOUR PHYSICAL CATCH UP WITH YOUR MENTAL AND EMOTONAL BODIES.  WHEN YOU SLEEP MORE THAN USUAL, KNOW THAT YOU ARE EITHER WORKING HARD OR TAKING IT EASY.  YOU ARE WORKING ON SO MANY LEVELS NOW AS YOU INTEGRATE THE NEW AND IMPROVED ENERGIES THAT IS YOU.  THIS IS THE REAL THING, NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED OR ACCEPTED!

A MOST EXCITING TIME IS UPON YOU, ONE THAT CARRIES THE TRUTH AND THE FULFILLMENT OF ALL THAT IS PURE AND HOLY. 

TO BEGIN TO COVER WHAT IS OCCURRING WITHIN YOUR PHYSICAL WOULD REQUIRE A LIFE OF LEARNING. WHEN DIVINE TIMING TELLS YOU THAT IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO KNOW, YOU WILL KNOW.  BUT NOT A MOMENT SOONER, FOR WE EXIST WITHIN THE REALITY THAT SAYS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW IT.  IT IS A FORM OF LIVING WITH EASE, NOT STRUGGLE, DISCOMFORT OR DIS EASE.  EASE IS A DIVINE QUALITY INHERENT IN ALL OF YOU.  IT IS A MATTER OF PRACTICING EASE.  AND THEN LIVING AND BEING EASE.  EASE IS PART OF THE LIGHT.  WHAT A TIME TO RELAX AND FEEL PEACE WITHIN YOUR BEING. BE RELAXED.  BE PEACE. BE TRUTH.

THE FACT REMAINS THAT YOU HAVE MERELY FORGOTTEN SOME IMPORTANT THINGS. BE THE JOY AT REDISCOVERING THE MAGNIFICENCE OF BEING LIGHT.

LIVE THE LIGHT, BE THE LIGHT. YOU ARE THE LIGHT; THE LIGHT BEING.
