Dear Ones, it is I, Lord Emanuel who is so happy to greet you this day! I speak
with such Love for you and it is my hope that you will take on board these teachings,the wisdom contained within the words and that you are able to receive that energy also encoded in the words that will heal you no matter where you are on your journey and no matter what is going on in your life. The energy has intelligence and you will receive exactly what you need and exactly what is for you highest and best good, in this moment. How about that?! Relax and enjoy.

Take a moment to receive now, take a deep breath in through your nose and blow out
through your mouth. Know that I AM with you. Breath in the Light up through the
top of your head and around the top of your head, down your spine and exhale up
the front of your body, exhaling out all the negativity that you hold in this moment.
Breathe in the Light and breathe out all the thoughts that do not serve you, all
judgements, limiting beliefs, let then it all go in a long slow deliberate exhale.
That feels much better now doesn't it?!

现在请花一点时间去接收，以你的鼻子做一次深深的呼吸，然后用嘴巴呼出。明白我就和你在一起。把光之能量吸入然后从你的头顶输出并围绕你头顶的上方，沿着你的脊椎向下从你的身体前方发散而出，发散出所有你在此刻所纠缠的负面性。在光中呼吸，同时呼出所有不再服务于你的想法，所有的评判，限制性的信念，让它们在一种悠长缓慢的深思中散发出去。现在是不是感觉更加的惬意了呢，对不对？

And for those of you who read the words and did not do it....please go back and
actually do as I lovingly suggested! Your desire to read the words and not actually
do as I suggest is exactly what we all do in life...resist that which will make
us feel better. Resist that which will actually bring us what we want. Resistance
my Dear friends, is the subject upon which I wish to speak this day.

对于那些读到这些话语却并未照做的朋友。。。请回到前面并切实的按照我充满爱的建议去做！你想要阅读这些话语，同时却又不按照我所建议的那样去做，这就是我们在生活中经常做的事情。。。。对那些能够使得我们感觉更好的一切加以抵抗。抵抗那些能够真是带来我们想要事物的一切。我们挚爱的朋友们，抵抗和拒绝，这就是我今天希望谈到的话题。

So, if you were one of the many who decided against actually taking those deep breaths
right now (and I meant to add - do 7 complete breaths Dear Ones and you will feel
incredible). Those of you who thought it wiser to not actually take the deep breaths
are probably in the majority of people who read this message. Why? I know that in
your heart you resonate with these words. I know in your heart you are on a journey
to better yourself, to become and to grow into that which you already are, a magnificent
Creator Being of Light. I know all of these things about you and yet you skip past
the actual part that you have to do, why? The part that requires effort or a bit
of focus from you is the part that you skip!! And do not think at this juncture,
that I judge you my Dear Ones, no I do not for I know your 'enemy' and I know it
well. Resistance.

所以，如果你曾是许多决定要抵抗与反对现在做几个深层呼吸请求的朋友们（同时我还要加上一点，做7次完整的深层呼吸，亲爱的朋友们，这样你会感觉奇妙无比）。你们中那些感到更明智的办法便是不去做这些呼吸练习的人，以读到这条信息中的人数来说是占据绝对多数的。为什么会这样呢？我知道在你的心中你是与这些话语有着共鸣的。我知道在你的心中你正走在一条能够让自己变得更好的旅程上，去改变，并在你已经所是的样貌中获得成长，一位华丽的光之创造者。我了解所有这些关于你的事情，也包括你也决然跳过这个你不得不去做的部分，为什么呢？这个部分需要努力或者来自于你的一些焦点，这部分就是你选择要跳过的！！在这个紧要关头千万不要认为我是在评判你们，我亲爱的朋友们，我当然不会，因为我知道你的“敌人”是谁，我很了解。它就是抵抗与拒绝。

Resistance can come in many forms and many disguises. It can be very obvious, like
I just can't get out of bed to even face the day or it can be very very subtle and
so subtle that you don't even see it. Like passing over the breathing exercise.
That probably did not even register on your radar. Yet if you took the time to actually
receive the healing that I am offering you in this very moment, you would benefit
enormously, it would help you on you journey to greatness.

抵抗能够以许多种形式与伪装出现。它可以十分的明显，就比如我就是无法起床去面对这一天的生活，或者它也可以是非常的微妙，而且是如此的微妙以使得你甚至无法看清它。就好像是前面的呼吸练习。它甚至可能都没有登记在你的认知范围内。但是如果你花点时间去切实的接收这种治疗，由我在这非常的时刻向你提供的，你将获得巨大的收益，它会在你通往更伟大存在的道路中帮助你。

So why do you resist your greatness? Why is it so hard to step in the direction
of greatness? Why is it such a challenge to do what you know will benefit you and
do what you know you must do in order to have the life you want? Because my Dear
Hearts, at a very young age you learned that it was not safe in this world to show
up in your greatness. You learned that you were not worthy of the Love and attention
that you need to grow and thrive and be great in this world.

所以，你为何要对你更伟大的存在抵抗呢？为何就是如此的困难去走入这更伟大面向呢？为何它会是如此这般的挑战，而你知道会利益于你，并为了获得你所希望的生活你知道自己必须去做的事情呢？我亲爱的心肝宝贝们，这是因为在非常年轻的时候，你所学习的是，它在这样的世界中要去展现出你伟大的存在面是不够安全的。你所学习的是你曾经不值得拥有爱与你需要获得成长的关注，也不配在这样的世界中兴盛并让你伟大。

My Dear Hearts, at the core of all of you is a deep rooted belief that you are not
worthy of greatness and this belief leads to resistance that will thwart you at
every opportunity. It will block you and trip you up every chance it gets.

我亲爱的心肝宝贝们，在你们所有人的核心之中，有种根深蒂固的信念，那就是你不值得伟大，而这种信念导致拒绝和抵抗，在你获得的每次机遇中让你挫败。只要一有机会它便会阻碍与绊倒你。

How can you be free of this? First accept it as your truth that you are worthy,
that God did not abandon you to this harsh world but that it was indeed, the other
way around.

你要怎样才能从这里获得自由呢？首先以你的真理接受它，你是有价值的，对这样严酷的世界来说造物主并没有遗弃过你，但是它当然也是采取的另外一种方法。

Then be aware. Start to notice what it is that stops you from doing what it is that
will benefit you, just what thoughts creep into your mind to prevent you from doing
what you know you must do in order to move forward in life.

那么请明白。开始去注意是什么在从你去做那些将会利益你的事情时阻碍与停止你，到底是什么样的想法偷偷溜进你的头脑中，阻止你去做那些你知道自己为了在生活中不断前进而必须去做的事情。

Use this message and the reaction you had to the suggestion that you might like
to breathe deeply to feel better now and receive healing. See if you can identify
what thought went through your head that made you decide not to participate...."Not
right now, I will do it later!".

利用这篇信息，对于这个建议你所获得的回应---现在你可以深深的呼吸并感到更好，同时接受治疗。如果你能够鉴定出是什么想法溜过了你的头脑，它使得你决定不要参与进来，“不是现在，我会在以后去做的！”-----看清它。

And one more thing. Ask for help. Ask for the assistance of the Ascended Realm,
ask for help from the Angelic Realm. Just ask. With Love in your heart and gratitude,
ask that your patterns of limitation and resistance be revealed to you. Awareness
is the key to navigating resistance and resistance is all that stands in your way
to being the magnificent, unlimited, all powerful, all knowing Creator Being of
Light that you truly are. This is my promise to you. I AM Lord Emanuel, call on
me and I will come. I AM right here with you now.
